Project Engineer

Based in Darwin, you will support the delivery of Defence infrastructure and construction projects across Northern Territory Defence bases. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will coordinate project activities, manage documentation and stakeholder communications, and help drive safe, efficient and commercially successful project delivery.

• →Support project delivery from planning and mobilisation through to completion
• →Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project documentation
• →Monitor project progress, costs, schedules and reporting requirements
• →Manage RFIs, technical documentation and compliance records
• →Identify project risks, opportunities and practical solutions
• →Ensure compliance with HSEQ, quality and contractual requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with 3–5 years' experience in a Project Engineer or similar role
• Experience delivering Defence, construction, infrastructure or building projects
• Strong understanding of project delivery, cost control and contract administration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
