Based in Brisbane, our team are seeking a Senior Administrator to provide high-level administrative and business support to the QLD State Manager and leadership team. This role is a trusted partner to the QLD State Manager and leadership team, responsible for coordinating business reporting, governance, administration and operational support activities across Queensland. Working closely with leaders across the business, you will help improve information flow, business rhythm, stakeholder engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide executive-level administrative and business support to the QLD State Manager and leadership team, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements and stakeholder communications.
- →Coordinate business planning, reporting, governance processes and leadership activities, ensuring accurate information, action tracking and timely follow-up.
- →Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, business cases and leadership communications.
- →Build and maintain effective relationships across operational teams, shared services, clients, suppliers, subcontractors and other key stakeholders.

Coordinate and continually improve administration services across Queensland, ensuring consistent processes, high service standards and operational efficiency.

Provide leadership, mentoring and support to the QLD administration team while driving consistency, capability development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum five years' experience in a senior administration, executive assistant, business support or similar role.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and managing multiple competing priorities.

Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, meeting packs and business communications.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong written, verbal and stakeholder communication abilities.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within construction, engineering, project delivery or a related industry will be highly regarded.
