• →Design and develop Power BI dashboards and semantic data models for investment reporting and analytics
• →Translate complex data (holdings, transactions, performance, exposures) into clear, user-centric visualizations
• →Partner with business stakeholders (investment operations, portfolio management, data teams) to gather requirements and deliver insights
• →Build and optimize Power BI data models (DAX, Power Query, dataflows)
• →Work with engineering teams to leverage cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, Databricks) as the source of truth
• →Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting layers
• →Apply row-level security and governance best practices

• 4–6 years of experience in Power BI / data analytics roles
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dataflows)
  • SQL (intermediate to advanced)
• Experience working with investment / asset management data, including:
  • holdings, transactions, positions
  • performance and exposures
• Understanding of front-to-back investment workflows (portfolio management, trading, operations)
• Experience building dashboards for different user personas (PMs, operations, executives)

• Experience with platforms such as BlackRock (Aladdin), Charles River Development, SimCorp, or FactSet
• Exposure to IBOR/ABOR data structures
• Experience working in cloud-based data environments (Snowflake, Azure, Databricks)
