Role Summary As an eProcurement Consultant, you will be pivotal in promoting, consulting, training, and implementing our cutting-edge eProcurement solution. This role demands a blend of sales acumen, procurement expertise, and technical proficiency in software solutions related to procurement. You will ensure our clients can leverage our eProcurement system to achieve operational excellence and significant cost savings. Responsibilities Sales and Consulting: Promote our eProcurement solution to potential clients through compelling presentations and demonstrations. Understand client needs and consult on how our solution can meet their procurement objectives. Implementation and Training: Lead the implementation process of our eProcurement system for new clients. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users to ensure the platform's smooth adoption and maximum utility. Client Support: Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, helping them optimize the use of the eProcurement system. Stay abreast of updates and new features to enhance the client experience continuously. Feedback Collection: Serve as a liaison between clients and our development team, collecting feedback and identifying opportunities for product improvement. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including training materials, system manuals, and implementation guides. Requirements Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management. Proven experience in procurement, with a solid understanding of procurement processes and strategies. Hands-on experience with eProcurement software solutions through implementation, training, or usage. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Good writing skills for creating reports, proposals, and training materials. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and implement solutions on-site. Desirable Skills: Certification in procurement or supply chain management. Experience in a consulting role, with a track record of delivering technology solutions to business clients.
