ROLE SUMMARY We are hiring a hard-driving, revenue-obsessed General Manager to aggressively grow a recruitment and HR consulting agency. This role is 70% business development & sales, 30% operations and team leadership. If you are not a closer, this role is not for you. The General Manager will be accountable for bringing in business, closing deals, hitting revenue targets, and building a team that executes fast and delivers results. NON-NEGOTIABLE ACCOUNTABILITIES • Hit revenue targets • Close new clients monthly • Maintain a strong sales pipeline • Drive team performance with accountability KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Business Development & Sales (Primary Responsibility) • Personally hunt, pitch, and close new clients • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing • Execute aggressive monthly and quarterly sales plans • Price and negotiate recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, and HR services • Convert leads into signed contracts • Build revenue-generating partnerships 2. Revenue & P&L Ownership • Full responsibility for revenue growth and profitability • Set and enforce sales targets • Work with finance on invoicing, collections, and margins • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities 3. Recruitment Delivery & Client Satisfaction • Ensure fast and high-quality recruitment delivery • Manage SLAs and client expectations • Resolve escalations decisively 4. Team Leadership & Performance Management • Lead a sales-driven recruitment team • Set KPIs and performance targets • Coach high performers and address under performance quickly 5. Execution, Systems & Discipline • Enforce execution culture and urgency • Implement CRM, recruitment systems, and reporting • Maintain performance dashboards Requirements Knowledge and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, or related field • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment or HR consulting • Proven sales and deal-closing track record • Experience managing teams and revenue targets • Comfortable working under pressure PERSONALITY & MINDSET • Hunter mentality • Aggressive and results-driven • Commercially sharp • Proactive and decisive • Strong negotiator • High accountability COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary • Performance-based commission and bonuses • Growth opportunity based on results
