• →Must reside in Miami-Dade County Florida
• →Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy
• →3+ years of managed care experience
• →3-5 + years of experience in a physical or behavioral healthcare setting
• →Knowledge of the regulations, standards, and policies which relate to medical management
• →Proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
• →Time efficient and highly organized
• →Exceptional communication skills
• →Ability to mentor and support staff to meet business needs

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 1-3 years management experience
• Computer literacy and experience familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications desired
• Ability to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives
• Ability to evaluate and interpret data, identify areas of improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes
• Ability to communicate effectively with Providers, Members, Staff and other Leaders both in oral and written format

• Bachelor’s degree in business or health or human services (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Mental Health, Counseling, Behavioral Sciences, Sociology, Gerontology or related field required.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
