Lead a team of software engineers responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality technology solutions that support critical business objectives. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize work, drive execution, and ensure successful delivery of projects and operational commitments. Coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Manage resource planning, team performance, and delivery outcomes across multiple initiatives. Contribute to engineering strategy, modernization efforts, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Ideal candidates combine strong technical leadership, people management skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
