Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
The Executive Management Office (EMO) serves as a strategic partner to ACS leadership by supporting the execution of organizational priorities through business operations, change management, communications, workforce planning, and culture initiatives. The team works across functions to drive alignment, improve organizational effectiveness, and help leaders successfully implement strategic initiatives.
By partnering with business leaders and stakeholders throughout the organization, the EMO helps manage executive priorities, strengthen communication, support employee engagement, and ensure teams are prepared to navigate change. The team's work plays an important role in improving collaboration, accountability, and business performance across the organization.
You Will Gain Valuable Work Experience and Participate In:
- Supporting change management initiatives through stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and adoption planning
- Developing communication materials including leadership updates, presentations, FAQs, and employee communications
- Assisting with the planning and execution of employee engagement, culture, and recognition initiatives
- Building project management skills through meeting coordination, action tracking, documentation, and status reporting
- Analyzing survey results, stakeholder feedback, and organizational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Supporting training and adoption activities through the development of training materials, job aids, and feedback collection processes
- Creating reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that communicate project progress and business outcomes
- Collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and organizational change efforts
Requirements

- Have demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
- Have internship, work, or project experience in a related field
- Have an interest in obtaining a full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
- Experience with project coordination, organization, and time management activities
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Adaptability, learning agility, and a willingness to embrace change
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments and across business functions.
- Interest in organizational effectiveness, process improvement, change management, or project management
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2027 and June 2028
- Have a major relevant to the position such as Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Public Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
