The Senior Manager, Strategy Planning & Governance is responsible for leading strategic planning, governance, and portfolio oversight activities that support the long-term success of the Payer Relations organization. This role drives alignment on business priorities, decision-making processes, and risk management practices while providing strategic insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical leader with experience in business planning, governance, executive communications, and cross-functional collaboration who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions across a complex, high-impact area of the business.
• Broad experience spanning strategy development, governance, portfolio management, and executive communications.

• →Lead the development, execution, and ongoing maintenance of multi-year and annual payer strategy plans.
• →Manage governance processes, decision-making frameworks, and executive review forums to support effective business operations.
• →Monitor portfolio performance, strategic initiatives, and business risks, providing recommendations and insights to leadership.
• →Develop executive presentations, strategic communications, and planning materials that support key business decisions.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Legal and Compliance, to ensure governance standards and strategic commitments are effectively managed.

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, governance, business operations, program management, or a related field.
• Experience within healthcare, managed care, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), retail pharmacy, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading business planning processes, governance programs, or executive review cycles.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and business communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.

• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise planning.
• Experience designing or implementing governance frameworks, decision-rights models, or operating structures.
• Knowledge of payer strategy, pharmacy reimbursement, healthcare economics, or pharmacy network management.
• Master's degree (MBA, MPH, or similar advanced degree).
• Interest in advancing into broader commercial, operational, or strategic leadership roles.

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
