Research & Consulting Services

• Conduct market research and manage data collection through online sources, interviews, inspections, and databases.

• Participate in site visits, take photos, and update project information.

• Contribute to quarterly market research reports or bespoke client deliverables.

• Support internal research requests by providing accurate and timely data.

• Prepare proposals, capability statements, and track records for client submissions.

• Maintain and update CRM systems and research databases.

• Provide translation support for standard documents where required.

• Undertake administrative tasks and other ad-hoc research projects.
   

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• Able to provide a university confirmation letter for an internship

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
