• →Support procurement strategy development and execution across categories.
• →Lead sourcing, bidding, RFQ/RFP, negotiation, and vendor management activities.
• →Prepare client presentations, procurement reviews, dashboards, and executive reports.
• →Support client meetings, business reviews, and solution presentations.
• →Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
• →Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, performance reviews, and governance meetings.
• →Support contract negotiations, renewals, and contract lifecycle management.
• →Oversee procurement operations, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and process compliance.
• →Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business teams.
• →Support audits, procurement governance, and policy compliance.
• →Act as a deputy to the Procurement Head as required.
