Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day marketing, administrative, and portfolio support across the digital marketing function of the CWS portfolio
→
Assists with digital marketing updates to the property websites, ILS listings, creative assets, messaging, and other marketing channels to ensure strong market positioning
→
Support reporting, data organization, and performance tracking, identifying trends and opportunities
→
Serve as a dedicated marketing resource for an assigned territory and select properties, supporting lead generation, leasing activity, traffic, and occupancy
→
Coordinate with property teams, vendors, and internal team to execute initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure priorities and deliverables are completed

1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, multifamily, real estate, or a related field
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and competing priorities
Working knowledge of ILS platforms, property websites/CMS, digital marketing, social media, PPC, and other marketing channels
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, reporting tools, and project management platforms, with the ability to organize and interpret data
Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations
