Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and maintain training materials including presentations, guides, exercises, labs, and assessments.
- →Update existing curricula to reflect evolving technologies, procedures, and organizational requirements.
- →Align training content with policies, standards, frameworks, or operational workflows.
- →Tailor training materials to different audiences (technical staff, analysts, leaders, end users).
- →Deliver instructor‑led training, workshops, and briefings (in‑person and virtual.)
- →Facilitate hands‑on labs, tabletop exercises, or scenario‑based training.
- →Support onboarding and recurring training programs.
- →Ensure training sessions are engaging, accurate, and outcome‑focused.
- →Support training schedules, attendance tracking, and completion records.
- →Coordinate with SMEs, engineers, and leadership to ensure content accuracy.
- →Gather feedback and metrics to assess training effectiveness.
- →Assist with logistics for exercises, drills, and workshops.
- →Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend content or delivery improvements.
- →Stay current with industry trends, threats, tools, and best practices relevant to the training domain.
- →Contribute to lessons‑learned and after‑action reviews.
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–5 years of experience in training, education, cybersecurity, IT, or a related technical field.
- Experience delivering instructor‑led or structured technical training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, learnable content.
- Experience developing training materials or instructional content.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, GIAC, instructional or training certifications).
- Experience in regulated, enterprise, or government environments.
