Dash0 is looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our Agent0 team — the team building our Agentic AI Platform for Observability. This is where AI meets infrastructure engineering, and we need someone who can bridge the gap between complex AI workflows and rock-solid software engineering.
You won't just be writing backend services. You'll work at the intersection of agentic frameworks, code sandboxes, and application runtimes — partnering directly with AI engineers to make their models performant and reliable in production. If you're excited about building the engine behind autonomous AI agents that transform how developers work with observability, this is your role.

Deep experience in Node.js and proficiency in Go — polyglot by necessity, not just preference.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, async architectures, and production reliability.
A genuine interest in AI and eagerness to experiment in a rapidly evolving space — you don't need to be an ML engineer, but you're excited about building the infrastructure that makes AI agents work.
Experience architecting for security in environments where untrusted code execution is a concern.
Expertise leveraging AI and agentic coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining high technical judgment.
Strong communication skills with a focus on documentation and knowledge sharing — you value autonomy but keep the team informed.
