You’ll help organizations navigate one of the fastest-moving challenges in technology today: managing privacy and AI risk in an increasingly automated world. As a Solutions Architect at DataGrail, you’ll help customers operationalize modern privacy programs using our agentic privacy platform, enabling them to automate workflows, scale compliance, and build trust with confidence.
As the technical lead for onboarding and implementation, you’ll partner closely with customers to design integrations, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver scalable solutions across APIs, AI MCPs, databases, and data systems. You’ll guide customers through implementation best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and help them realize value quickly and confidently.
You’ll also serve as a trusted technical advisor, working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve the customer experience and help scale technical delivery across the platform.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, curious, and collaborative, and who enjoys solving technical challenges and helping customers succeed with modern privacy infrastructure.
Responsibilities

- →Design scalable integration architectures across APIs, webhooks, AI MCPs, databases, and mobile applications
- →Guide customers through complex deployment decisions, including agent-based and agentless models
- →Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
- →Lead technical discovery, implementation planning, and customer solution design
- →Troubleshoot complex integration and data flow challenges across customer environments
- →Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers throughout onboarding and expansion
- →Build scalable processes, documentation, and implementation frameworks that improve delivery consistency
- →Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and improve the customer experience
- 3–7 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical implementation, or customer-facing engineering roles within SaaS environments
- Strong experience designing and supporting API-driven integrations and complex technical workflows
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and modern cloud architectures
- Experience working with databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure SQL
- Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking skills across integrations, data flows, and platform connectivity
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading customer-facing technical projects and managing implementation complexity
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and operating in fast-moving environments
Nice to Have

- Experience improving implementation scalability through documentation, tooling, or process design
- Learn the DataGrail platform, APIs, and integration architecture.
- Shadow onboarding and implementation engagements across a variety of customer environments.
- Support your first customer implementation projects, including Internal Systems and Data Source integrations.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers and internal technical teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical challenges with guidance from senior team members.
- Lead technical implementation projects alongside Account Managers.
- Design and configure system integrations using APIs and platform capabilities.
- Drive implementation timelines, technical deliverables, and escalations to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Contribute to onboarding best practices, documentation, and scalable implementation frameworks.
- Share customer feedback and technical insights with Product and Engineering teams
- Own complex customer implementations from kickoff through launch.
- Build scalable onboarding and integration processes that improve delivery efficiency.
- Partner with Account Managers to identify opportunities for expansion and optimization.
- Mentor newer team members on implementation strategy and technical best practices.
- Deliver measurable improvements in onboarding timelines, customer satisfaction, and implementation quality
The OTE compensation (salary + variable) range below is a guideline and the final compensation will be based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies. Our compensation ranges apply to all US-based job postings regardless of state.
