Conversion is hiring a Growth Marketer to help scale go-to-market from the ground up. This is a key early GTM hire who will own and build out the demand-generation motion — running experiments across channels, creating campaigns, and handling events with customers and leads.
Responsibilities

- →Own paid acquisition across channels, running experiments to drive efficient growth
- →Launch and manage webinar programs that educate prospects and generate demand
- →Build and scale SEO presence to capture high-intent organic traffic
- →Help shape growth collateral, tools, and systems as the company scales

Requirements

- Strong business sense & pipeline ownership (end-to-end)
- Owned 1-2 campaign types completely
- Major in HCI/cog sci/business/marketing
- RISD, CMU, Waterloo, Stanford, USC, Upenn undergrad
- leadership in design club (Design@xyzuniversity)
- Follows design-forward startups and agencies on Linkedin
- Minor in Fine Arts
- Touched many campaigns but never executed fully
- Weak communication/presentation ability
- Lacks business acumen on ROI/metrics
