COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY

$20–$35 / hr base (based on experience)
Performance bonuses + earning upside based on production

THE ROLE
You’re not just running calls — you’re the standard.

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems
Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time
Build trust through clear communication and education
Mentor junior techs as you grow into leadership
Take ownership of your truck, tools, and performance

DAY-TO-DAY

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
Provide honest, accurate recommendations
Complete jobs right the first time
Maintain clean, stocked, organized truck
Use Service Titan for documentation
Participate in scheduled on-call rotation

WHAT YOU BRING

2+ years HVAC service experience
EPA 608 Certification
Clean driving record
Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts swapping)
Customer-first mindset
Drive to grow and lead

Bonus:

Service Titan experience
Residential and light commercial background
HVAC certification or degree
