Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "Alliance Manager - Personalized Healthcare Solutions (100% Remote)”. Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $60/hr - $70/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Seeking an Alliance Manager to manage strategic pharma/biotech/diagnostics partnerships, drive contract execution and account growth, and ensure effective alliance governance and partner engagement. Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary contact for assigned strategic partners and drive joint business objectives. Lead contract initiation, drafting, execution, and compliance for revenue-generating projects. Manage Joint Steering Committees (JSCs) and alliance governance activities. Monitor alliance health, deliverables, risks, and contractual commitments. Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth. Resolve partner issues and coordinate with R&D, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of Alliance Management experience in pharma, biotech, or diagnostics. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field. Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and Conga. CA-AM or CSAP certification.
