Order Fulfillment Specialist (Hybrid)

Our client, a world leader in life sciences and diagnostics, is looking for a “Order Fulfillment Specialist” based in Indianapolis, IN(Hybrid). Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $26/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Paid Sick leave, 401K Hybrid – On-site Tues/Wed/Thurs; Remote Mon/Fri after training Hours: 9 AM–6 PM EST; Training 8 AM–5 PM EST Role Overview The Order Fulfillment Specialist manages the end-to-end customer order experience from inquiry through delivery. This role handles customer communications, order changes, returns, credits/debits, pricing, invoicing, and logistics while partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and orders from initiation through delivery via phone and email. Process order changes, replacements, returns, credits, and debits. Troubleshoot issues related to pricing, invoicing, products, and logistics. Track and analyze customer/order trends and proactively resolve issues. Coordinate product promotions, process changes, and marketing initiatives. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve service. Identify process improvements and support quality objectives. Provide reporting, specialized support, and assistance with special projects. Required Qualifications Associate’s degree + 1 year of customer service experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with order management, order fulfillment, customer service, or related operations. SAP and Salesforce experience preferred. Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, on-site environment.
