Banquet Server/ Houseman

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, polished food and beverage service during banquets and special events

• Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, linens, chairs, and service stations

• Serve plated meals, buffets, and beverages with accuracy, timing, and elegance

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to special requests and dietary requirements

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms and back-of-house areas

• Collaborate seamlessly with culinary, bar, and events teams to ensure flawless execution

• Uphold hotel service standards, safety guidelines, and luxury brand expectations

Qualifications:

• Previous banquet, fine dining, or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to required service weights
