About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a highly capable operator to help scale Daymark’s care delivery model across markets and service lines. This role sits at the center of how Daymark operates, translating strategy into execution across clinical operations, product, and market teams.
You will work on a wide range of high-priority problems, from launching new markets to improving care delivery workflows to shaping how we scale as a company. You will partner closely with the VP of Clinical Operations to translate enterprise operating design into repeatable execution across teams, systems, and vendors.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining quantitative analysis with operational problem-solving and is excited to take on increasing ownership over time.
- Operational priorities and workflows are clearer, more reliable, and easier for teams to execute
- Leadership has better visibility into operational performance and emerging issues
- Cross-functional initiatives move faster and with fewer operational gaps
- Operational problems are identified earlier and addressed more proactively
- You are trusted across teams as a strong operator who can independently drive work forward
- You are analytically strong and comfortable working with operational and performance data
- You enjoy solving ambiguous operational problems and building practical solutions
- You can move fluidly between quantitative analysis and operational execution
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and highly reliable
- You are comfortable working across clinical, operational, and technical teams
- You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across functions
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and are excited to take on increasing responsibility over time
- Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, consulting, business operations, analytics, or related environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with data to identify trends and support operational decision-making
- Experience managing projects or cross-functional initiatives is a plus
- Startup, healthcare, or value-based care experience is a plus
- Experience working with clinicians, operators, or technical teams is a plus
- Adaptability: You thrive in ambiguity and know how to create structure. As an early-stage company, priorities will shift quickly and this role is expected to flex into new areas based on where the business needs the most support
- Operational Acumen: You are detail-oriented and systems-minded. You can document processes without over-engineering them. You can balance near-term execution with long-term system building
- Collaboration: You are comfortable working across clinical, operational, and technical domains. You operate with influence, not authority
- Drive to Learn: You ask good questions and spot gaps others miss. You are excited by roles that don’t have rigid boundaries and are willing to step into what is most needed. You are motivated by learning quickly and taking on increasing responsibility over time.
This role is remote within the Northeast US, with a strong preference for candidates based in Boston, MA, New York, NY, or Providence, RI. Anticipated compensation for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
