JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the inspection and proper handling of customer-ordered warehouse product to ensure proper quality standards by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.
· Perform inbound and outbound product inspection to vendor and customer provided specifications
· Perform inbound and outbound product inspection to vendor and customer provided specifications
. Handling and processing of customer and product returns, and supporting other departments on related resolution and record-keeping
· Review and processing of customer orders that include special requirements.
· Processesing of vendor returns.
· Review and processing of customer orders that include special requirements.

. Management of Scrap.
. Support of onsite ISO/AS internal and external audit activities.
Extensive Hardware and fastener knowledge strongly preferred.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Must be able to report to assigned office location during scheduled in-office workdays.
* Computer Skills Basic personal-computer skills are desired.
* Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized

* Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
