Facility Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Cleveland, OH Facility!

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for properly performing all maintenance and mechanical repairs within the facility, including, but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, welding, and building & grounds maintenance.

• →Will assist with local maintenance work, repairs, and various miscellaneous duties supporting the site.
• →Perform preventive maintenance on motors, motor controls, pumps and compressors.
• →Will assist with electrical work.
• →Perform boiler unit preventative maintenance, along with associated piping and valve repair or replacement.

• Knowledge of electrical work including high and low voltages (120/240 and 277/480)
• Experience in general maintenance, good mechanical aptitude, able to work on multiple tasks and the ability to follow direction is required
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Industrial and Commercial work experience is a plus
• Exposure to various skilled trades (i.e., mechanical, electrical, etc.).
• Will possess a high school diploma or GED, have attended a vocational technical institution studying various skilled trades or has worked in a construction environment.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn the application of using steam through associated piping to maintain product temperatures as required by manufactures specifications.
