Position Type & Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Schedule: 3–4 days per week based on provider preference
  • Hours: Practice operates on extended hours (12-hour days); providers will have a mix of early and later shifts based on scheduling needs
  • Weekend Requirement: Two Saturdays per month

Compensation & Benefits

  • 90-day draw: $800 per day
  • Compensation: 30% of collections up to $100K/month, 35% over $100K/month
  • Earning potential: $500,000+ after year two (current associates producing ~$1.7M annually)

  • CT license and malpractice covered for the first year

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and patient-focused General Dentist to join our prestigious, privately owned, fee-for-service multi-specialty practice. Our practice is a high-end, fully fee-for-service environment with a strong reputation for clinical excellence. With 17 operatories, each provider is supported by 2–3 operatories and multiple assistants daily, ensuring efficiency and productivity. We are a true multi-specialty practice with in-house pediatric dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery, creating a collaborative environment focused on comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Deliver high-quality restorative dentistry and comprehensive case management
  • Perform procedures including crowns, bridges, and other general dentistry services
  • Collaborate with in-house specialists to coordinate optimal patient care
  • Perform additional procedures such as clear aligners, endodontics, or select periodontal procedures based on experience and patient needs
  • Educate patients effectively to build trust and support case acceptance
  • Contribute to practice growth by building and maintaining a strong patient base

Minimum Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active dental license in Connecticut (or ability to obtain)
  • Current CPR certification

Requirements
