We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, family-owned practice in Pelham, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing in a relationship-driven, predominantly fee-for-service environment with a loyal and established patient base.

This role is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working independently, managing patient care, and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented practice that values long-term stability and high-quality dentistry.

What We Offer

$800 daily guarantee or percentage of collections (whichever is higher)
33% of collections with potential to increase up to 35% based on experience
Typical earnings of $1,200 – $1,600 per day (Current associate producing $6,000 per day on average)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
  • Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and advanced treatments as appropriate
  • Manage clinical workflows and patient care independently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality care
  • Maintain strong patient relationships and continuity of care

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active New York dental license
  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience required
  • Ability to work independently without direct clinical mentorship
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Professional, personable, and patient-focused demeanor
  • Commitment to long-term stability within the practice
