We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, family-owned practice in Pelham, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing in a relationship-driven, predominantly fee-for-service environment with a loyal and established patient base.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working independently, managing patient care, and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented practice that values long-term stability and high-quality dentistry.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
- →Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- →Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and advanced treatments as appropriate
- →Manage clinical workflows and patient care independently
- →Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality care
- →Maintain strong patient relationships and continuity of care
Requirements
~1 min read- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active New York dental license
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience required
- Ability to work independently without direct clinical mentorship
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Professional, personable, and patient-focused demeanor
- Commitment to long-term stability within the practice
