We're seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of Treasury & Finance Operations to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this highly visible role will lead our Treasury, Tax, and Accounts Payable functions while playing a critical role in acquisition integration and enterprise financial strategy.

What You'll Do
As Director of Treasury & Finance Operations, you will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership across key financial functions, including:
- Partner with the CFO to manage banking relationships and the company's credit facilities.
- Ensure compliance with financial covenants and lending requirements.
- Lead daily cash management, liquidity planning, and forecasting activities.
- Oversee working capital financing and banking reporting requirements.
- Develop and manage the annual Treasury budget.
- Direct all aspects of corporate tax planning, compliance, and audit activities.
- Oversee income, excise, sales, and use tax responsibilities.
- Partner with external advisors to ensure effective tax strategies and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the centralized Accounts Payable function.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure appropriate segregation of duties across payment processes.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance Treasury, Tax, and A/P policies and procedures.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting activities.
- Support acquisition activities through closing.
- Lead the financial integration of newly acquired businesses.
- Partner across departments to ensure seamless transitions and realization of business objectives.
- Develop and mentor finance professionals.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, banking partners, auditors, and tax advisors.
- Lead cross-functional projects that improve financial performance and operational effectiveness.
- Deliver meaningful financial insights and covenant reporting to executive leadership.
What You Bring
Required Experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in:
- Corporate Treasury
- Tax planning and compliance
- Acquisition integration
- Financial operations leadership
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, financial, and critical thinking abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of treasury operations, corporate taxes, and GAAP.
- Proven experience leading teams and developing talent.
- Demonstrated success managing large, cross-functional projects.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Education & Credentials
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
