This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, program execution, and cross-functional coordination—ensuring partner initiatives are delivered on time, aligned to business goals, and positioned for long-term growth.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for strategic automotive partners, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Own end-to-end partner project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risk management
  • Drive clear, consistent communication between internal teams (product, engineering, sales, marketing) and external partners

  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers to keep projects on track
  • Align partner initiatives with company goals, ensuring mutual value and measurable outcomes
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Continuously improve processes, documentation, and partner experience
  • Partner initiatives are consistently delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to shared business goals
  • Cross-functional teams are informed, aligned, and operating efficiently with minimal friction
  • You proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact timelines or partner satisfaction
  • Partners achieve measurable value and outcomes, supported by clear reporting and insights
  • You contribute to scalable processes that improve partner onboarding, execution, and long-term success
  • Strong partner retention and expansion, with opportunities for deeper collaboration and growth
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Communicate clearly and confidently across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Take ownership and follow through, especially when navigating ambiguity
  • Build trust quickly and maintain strong, professional relationships
  • Are solutions-oriented and remain calm under pressure
  • Excel in cross-functional environments and bring people together to get things done
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and elevate the partner experience
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, program management, or similar roles
  • Relevant experience working in or with the automotive industry: DMS provider experience required, OEM and/or dealership vendor experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive-level partners
  • Proven ability to navigate cross-functional environments and drive alignment
  • Competitive base salary with bonus incentive eligibility
  • Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • On-demand educational courses via LinkedIn Learning
  • Tuition reimbursement and continuing education
