We're looking for a BPM Developer who can design, build, and optimise intelligent business processes using tools like IBM Business Automation Workflow and Camunda.
This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, workflow automation, and AI, where your work directly improves how a business operates every day.
Responsibilities

- →Design and build automated workflows that simplify complex processes
- →Develop scalable, production-ready software components
- →Orchestrate systems using BPM tools, APIs, and microservices
- →Integrate event-driven solutions using Kafka/Confluent
- →Apply AI-driven insights to optimise processes and decision-making
- →Troubleshoot, fix, and continuously improve systems
- →Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver great solutions
You're comfortable working with:
- Java (11+), Spring Boot, REST APIs
- BPM platforms (IBM BPM / BAW or Camunda 7/8)
- BPMN 2.0 / DMN modelling
- Kafka / Confluent (event streaming)
- Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Microservices and modern architecture
Bonus: Experience with AI-driven automation or exposure to banking environments.
- 5+ years experience in BPM and software development
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM BPM/BAW or Camunda
- You can take a business problem and turn it into a working, automated solution
- You think beyond code — you think in systems and processes
- You're proactive, collaborative, and always looking to improve
- Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering
- Degree is a plus
- Certifications in Camunda, Kafka, or Azure (AZ-900 / AZ-104 / AZ-204) are advantageous
