Our client is a large multinational, a global benchmark in its industry, with operations in multiple countries and a presence across various market segments. We are looking for an Inbound Logistics Manager to lead and plan the plant's supply chain operations, ensuring budget achievement and the fulfillment of Supply Chain strategic objectives. Main responsibilities Lead the plant's entire Supply Chain: PCP (Production Planning), Materials Planning, Warehousing/Transportation, Control Tower, and People Development; Define Supply Chain strategy, standards, and policies, drive continuous improvement, and represent the plant on supply chain matters; Control the area's budget and forecast, integrating with Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, and Sales; Coordinate demand with customers and align production capacity with Manufacturing (PCP); Oversee materials supply and supplier performance (capacity, orders, and deliveries); Manage logistics: material flows, inventory, warehouses, third-party operators, transportation, and customs clearance; Monitor KPIs and master data, support investments and cost-reduction projects, and audit SCM processes; Track key indicators (OTIF, inventory turnover, costs, accuracy, and obsolescence) and develop the team (training, succession, and performance reviews). Requisitos Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Solid experience in end-to-end Supply Chain management, including Production Planning (S&OP/S&OE), Material Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Transportation, and Distribution. Proven experience in inventory management, service level management, production capacity planning, and supply chain optimization. Demonstrated track record of leading and developing multidisciplinary teams. Experience working in multinational environments, with strong international exposure and collaboration with global teams. Fluent English is required. Experience in operational transformation, continuous improvement initiatives, and Supply Chain project implementation is highly desirable.
