Workshop Technician - Part Time (Cebu)

As a Workshop Technician, your role is to consistently carry out high-quality services and sales that guarantee your customers’ satisfaction, while promoting and advocating for a sustainable and safe use of their sports equipment. This is a full-time role with the following responsibilities:

• Maintenance, Repair, and Personalization Services – Take the lead in assisting customers with the maintenance, repair, and personalization of their sports equipment.

• Customer Satisfaction –  Ensure the satisfaction of your customers and build loyalty across all channels by establishing relationships and creating the best experience for them.

• Sales and Operations – Help our customers with their sports journey through visual merchandising, store layouts, store campaigns, and excellent customer experiences.

Your mission will be to ensure your customers’ sports products are in tip-top shape through maintenance, repair, and personalization services and advocating for this sustainable alternative. You will ensure the satisfaction of our customers and build loyalty by establishing relationships and creating the best experience for them. By using your knowledge of the local market and your passion for sports, you’ll make decisions on your products and services offered both in-store and online.
