About the Role

Definitive Healthcare is seeking a strategic and data-driven Principal Human Resources Business Partner to join our People team. In this role, you’ll partner directly with the executive leadership of our Go-to-Market/Sales teams to serve as their trusted advisor to understand their business goals, capability gaps, org design needs, etc. and partner together to develop and execute a talent strategy to support these objectives.    

You will also be part of the People Leadership Team and help develop the programs and processes that will contribute to DH’s continued growth and success. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen and a passion for driving impactful change.  

Responsibilities

  • 8+ years’ experience in a HRBP role, with a focus on growing and / or evolving teams.  
  • Must have experience working and supporting sales/GTM teams   
  • Proactive problem-solving, using data to inform / influence decision making   
  • Conducting data analysis and developing actionable insights  
  • Strong oral and written communication skills  
  • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders  
  • Knowledge and experience applying HR principles in organizational design and development, talent development, and change management.
