Senior Analytics Engagement Manager

As an Analytics Engagement Manager, you will be quick to understand the client’s business needs and identify data-driven solutions. Your primary objective is to ensure that customers to whom you are aligned are successful in the adoption, utilization, and retention of Definitive Healthcare’s data assets to achieve their business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep customer relationship experience, possess solid technical and business intelligence skills, and demonstrate expertise in all things claims data.

• →Strong expertise working with SQL (Databricks preferred, SQL Server, Snowflake) 
• →2+ years of demonstrated experience in technical RWD/RWE Analytics roles, or similar healthcare-adjacent data experiences  
• →2+ years in a client-facing role as a CSM, Account Executive, Consultant, or Solutions Engineer capacity.  
• →Expertise working with medical claim coding terminology (DRG, ICD, HCPCS/CPT, NDC).  
• →Strong understanding of the data needs required to bring a new drug, therapy, or medical device to market.  
• →Experience working with data visualization and explaining the “so what?” to clients.  
• →High level of organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.  
• →Ability to present technical topics to a business audience, both virtually and in-person.  
• →Strong ability to work cross functionally to get things done.
