Our client is looking for an E-commerce Support Specialist – West Balkans, a highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional who will contribute to the continued growth of leading brands through strong coordination skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for digital commerce. If you are motivated by working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the development of online sales channels, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business performance across the region.
- Support the day-to-day management of e-commerce activities across West Balkan markets, ensuring smooth execution of online sales initiatives and operational excellence
- Coordinate product listings, assortment updates, pricing, promotional activities, and content management across retailer platforms and marketplaces, while ensuring accuracy and consistency of all product information
- Optimize product pages with high-quality content, including images, descriptions, keywords, and brand assets, to maximize online visibility and customer engagement
- Support distributors in the execution of activity plans and maintain effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders
- Monitor key e-commerce KPIs, including sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, product availability, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance online visibility, customer experience, and sales performance through data-driven analysis
- Coordinate the execution of online campaigns, promotional calendars, banners, product launches, seasonal activations, and retailer media initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Brand Activation and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all digital touchpoints
- Support regional e-commerce projects, process improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate operational documentation and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales support, customer support, or FMCG operations.
- Experience working with online retailers or marketplaces is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, or retailer portals is preferred.
- Fluent English required.
