About the Role

Our growing technology company is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide efficient and accurate internal technical support, advise project teams on technology needs, and contribute to the maintenance, security, and growth of our IT systems.

As a key point of contact for IT-related issues, you will help ensure reliable technology operations across our hybrid environment. This role also requires responding to emergency events outside regular business hours, including scheduled after-hours maintenance windows.

What You’ll Do

You will administer Microsoft Entra ID to manage access control, application registrations, and identity lifecycle processes across enterprise applications and SaaS integrations. You will also manage Microsoft Intune policies, compliance baselines, and application deployments to support secure and efficient device management for hybrid and remote users.

You will oversee Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, by managing permissions, content lifecycles, and collaboration governance. You will help maintain platform reliability, security, and compliance across the organization.

You will develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and PowerShell scripts to streamline IT processes, automate provisioning, and improve service delivery across cloud systems. You will also support enterprise applications and integrations, ensuring secure and stable authentication, API, and SAML/SSO configurations.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate hardware, software, and license inventories, as well as overseeing lifecycle management, patching, and configuration compliance across all environments. You will also manage certificate processes, SCEP enrollment, and lifecycle maintenance for secure communication and device trust.

In addition, you will administer branch office network infrastructure, including Ubiquiti UniFi switches, gateways, and wireless access points. This includes supporting reliable connectivity and VPN integration across office locations.

You will also maintain physical security systems, including access control platforms, security cameras, and badge management systems, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with company policies.

• Streamlining workflows through PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar automation tools.

• Administering Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams.

• Supporting enterprise applications with SAML/SSO integrations, certificate management, and compliance-driven access controls.

• Maintaining clear documentation and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Collaborating effectively across IT, security, operations, and project teams.

• Cloud infrastructure concepts such as Route 53 DNS, cloud monitoring, and remote VPN solutions.

• Physical security systems, including badge access, guest management, and camera infrastructure.
