We’re looking for a Head of Compliance Programmes to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us lead high-impact cross-functional programmes - from product feature rollout and transformational projects - ensuring compliance risks are mitigated across markets while protecting our riders’ experience.

Responsibilities

You’ll be joining the Rider Compliance team. This leadership role is a Strategy & Operations role that engages regularly with Local operations, Product, Data Science, Public Policy and Legal Teams, driving efficiency, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across all our markets. This role has one direct report.
