Facility Designer

• Acquire specifications from customers and sales department.
• Plan and design floor plans for cabinetry within dental laboratories and private offices.
• Modify/maintain existing drawing files and documentation as necessary.
• Design and develop detailed and accurate 3-D drawings, quotes and other necessary documentation per customer and sales department request.
• Support Sales department directly.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, architects, contractors from initial concept through installation.
• Complete work in accordance with timelines established by the planning department.
• Provide customer service, technical advice, quotes, and documentation.
• Compose and perform final edit of Instruction and Operating Manuals for customer reference.
• Communicate with salesmen and customers as needed to support the product purchase.
• Initiate installation quotes.
• Prompt regular attendance.
