OtherField Project Manager

Deploy's Client is revolutionizing the construction industry by integrating advanced manufacturing principles with innovative technology to deliver high-quality, modular building solutions. We are driven by a mission to rethink how buildings are designed, fabricated, and delivered, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

Deploy's Client is seeking a Field Project Manager II to own the outcomes of an assigned jobsite: schedule, financial performance, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This is the first Field Team role with full commercial authority on a jobsite. The Field Project Manager II negotiates and executes subcontracts and Owner Change Orders, manages cost to the profit goal in the JCR, leads preconstruction and pre-mobilization planning for the site, and is accountable for the number the jobsite delivers.

The jobsite is where Deploy's Client promise becomes visible to the client, and the Field Project Manager II is where the field stops being an execution function and becomes a business one. Everything the plant built efficiently can still be lost in the field: to sequence, to a trade that was not held to its dates, to a change that was absorbed instead of captured, to an inspection that was not ready. This role stands behind the jobsite number and the client's experience of Deploy's Client at the moment the building becomes real, and it develops the Field Engineers who will hold that accountability next.
