Customer Operations Administrator

Responsibilities Maintain internal databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Support the onboarding process, including management of account exceptions (e.g. children’s accounts). Administer AML-CFT procedures, including daily processing of unmatched deposits, completing PEP checks, and escalating exceptions to the Team Leader as required. Process KiwiSaver transfers within regulated timeframes. Process KiwiSaver withdrawals and related compliance checks. Ensure documentation and reporting for AML-CFT, KiwiSaver and operational processes is completed accurately and on time. Requirements Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping. Initiative and a strong work ethic. Ability to manage processes within regulatory frameworks. Experience with AML-CFT procedures and/or financial services operations (preferred). Alignment with Kernel’s values.
