Customer Success Representative (Graphic Design)

Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels (phone, email, chat, face-to-face) • Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, tracking, billing, and product education • Review and communicate artwork guidelines with customers • Process order changes, reprints, and timeline adjustments efficiently • Provide customer education and product promotion • Manage customer complaints with a resolution-focused mindset • Make outgoing calls when required in a prompt and professional manner Requirements Required Skills • 2 to 4 years customer service experience across multiple channels • 2 to 4 years experience with Adobe Suite Products(illustrator or photoshop) • Strong multitasking ability • Tech-savvy with social platforms and applications • People coordination and relationship building skills • Effective problem-solving capabilities Preferred Skills • Adobe Illustrator experience • Understanding of basic art and design concepts (sizing, file types, Pantone colors) Work Arrangement • Work Setup: On-site • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am PDT flexi start time, should complete nine 9 hours work Perks & Benefits • Day 1 HMO & Protection: Prioritize your peace of mind!
