SEO Strategist

Responsibilities Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Strategist to join our dynamic digital agency. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies across a diverse portfolio of approximately 30 clients. You'll work closely with account managers to understand client goals and deliver results across various areas, including increased website traffic, improved search engine rankings, lead generation, brand awareness, and ecommerce sales. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to individual client needs and goals. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research to identify opportunities. Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements for search engine visibility and user experience. Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including link building, content marketing, and local SEO. Track and analyze website traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators using agency analytics tools. Prepare reports for account managers to present to clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices. Proactively inform the team of any changes that may require adjustments to our strategies, such as algorithm updates or the emergence of AI in search. Collaborate effectively with account managers, content writers, designers, and developers to ensure successful campaign implementation. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrated track record of success. Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, technical SEO, and local SEO. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other SEO tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Google certifications (preferred). Work Arrangement Work Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm fixed time, should complete nine (9) hours work Why you should join our team!
