Social Producer Intern

This role sits within our Social & In-house Production practice in the Netherlands. We are the driving force behind the fast-moving social content and in-house campaigns we execute for our clients, bringing creative ideas to life from concept to final asset.

Looking to kick off your career in the fast-paced world of social production? During this internship, you’ll join our production team and get hands-on experience in setting up, coordinating, and executing social-first shoots and campaigns. We’ll give you all the guidance, feedback, GIFs, and high fives you need to grow into a Social Producer.

As an Intern Social Producer, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our (social) creatives, editors, producer, and social media managers. You’ll learn how to translate creative concepts into actionable production plans, manage talent and crew, and ensure every piece of content, from quick TikToks to recurring video series, runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets high-quality standards.

From day one, you’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor for 1-on-1 coaching and join a passionate team always ready to help. By the end of your internship, you’ll have gained real production experience, worked on shoots for A-list clients, and built a solid foundation for a career in social and content production.

Note: to be eligible for this internship, you are required to be living and studying in the Netherlands and be fluent in Dutch.

• →Support end-to-end productions: Assist producers, creatives and social media managers in executing social-first shoots, ongoing content series, and internal productions from prep to delivery.
• →Production planning & coordination: Help translate creative ideas into concrete production assets, including call sheets, production schedules, shotlists, equipment prep, and crew planning.
• →Crew & talent management: Assist in scheduling and communicating with internal and external talent pools, including directors, DPs, editors, stylists, photographers, and creators.
• →Platform-first execution: Learn platform-specific technical standards (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) to ensure all produced assets fit the correct formats and specs.
• →Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with social creatives, video editors, and project managers to keep projects running efficiently and on track.
• →Set support: Be an active hand on shoot days, ensuring logistics run seamlessly, talent is taken care of, and call sheets are followed.
• →Process optimization: Help maintain our internal production databases, asset organization, and workflow templates to keep the team structured and organized.

• You live and breathe social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and are fascinated by how video content and creator shoots come together behind the scenes.
• A natural organizer who thrives on structure, clarity, and keeping things running smoothly in a creative environment.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented: you enjoy solving practical challenges on set or during prep.
• A strong communicator who feels comfortable coordinating between creatives, crew, and external suppliers.
• Someone studying preferably in the field of Media Production, Creative Business, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field (HBO or WO).

• You are currently enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for the entire duration of the internship.
• Availability of 4 days per week, preferably 5, for a duration of 6 months.
• You speak Dutch fluently, and you’re also confident in English, whether you’re writing, coordinating on set, or chatting with the team.
