Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un SERVICE CENTER LEAD.
Desafios :
*Generar planes de trabajo para robustecer los resultados de la operación.
*Motivar al equipo para generar un ambiente agradable y alcanzar los objetivos.
*Liderar a uno de nuestros equipos de 10 a 15 personas.
*Generar y Analizar reportes
Gestionar y atender las necesidades de su equipo, siendo un referente de liderazgo.
¿Qué buscamos?
*Licenciatura en Turismo, administración de empresas o afín.
*Experiencia comprobable en liderazgo, manejo de equipos
*Experiencia liderando en call center
*Reporteo, creatividad e innovación.
*Manejo de paquetería Office Avanzado, excel intermedio avanzado y algunas otras herramientas de análisis de datos.
