- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing integrations, automations, and customizations across DevRev and customers’ workflows.
- Apply AI techniques, including Generative AI and prompt engineering, under guidance from senior team members.
- Conduct basic data analysis, write SQL queries, and help build dashboards to share insights.
- Participate in cross-functional communication to ensure requirements and feedback loops are maintained.
- Learn new tools and assist in guiding customers through critical workflows.
Requirements
~1 min read- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome).
- Hands-on coding experience in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, APIs, Webhooks, and SQL.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts; familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Result-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for challenging work and growing as an engineer.
Nice to Have
