## Meet the Team : Join a collaborative and innovative Research & Development manufacturing team that plays a critical role in transforming new ideas into life-changing products. As a Manufacturing Associate II, you will work at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, and science, supporting prototype development and early-phase production activities that help bring cutting-edge technologies to life. You'll partner closely with engineers and cross-functional teams, execute complex builds, and contribute directly to the development and improvement of next-generation products. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy learning new processes, and take pride in producing high-quality work, you'll find a rewarding career and supportive team environment here. ## Where You Come In : * You will perform hands-on assembly and fabrication of prototypes, engineering builds, and clinical builds in a dynamic R&D manufacturing environment. * You will follow and execute complex work instructions, technical drawings, and build documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * You will collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and cross-functional teams to support product development, design iterations, and process improvements. * You will document build activities, observations, and deviations to ensure traceability and provide valuable feedback for product and process development. * You will operate laboratory and pilot-scale manufacturing equipment while adhering to established safety and quality standards. * You will conduct in-process inspections and functional testing to evaluate prototype performance and identify potential issues. * You will support troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives related to new products, materials, and manufacturing processes. * You will work across multiple workstations and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced development environment. * You will maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace while following all applicable procedures and standard operating practices. * You will communicate effectively with engineering and operations teams and contribute to the successful transition of innovative concepts into functional products. * You will perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support evolving R&D and business objectives. ### ## What Makes You Successful : * You must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * You have experience operating machinery and using computers. * You demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the responsibilities of the role. * You are able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs. * Your ability to follow procedures, prioritize quality, and maintain attention to detail contributes to overall success in the role. * You are capable of performing the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
