Responsibilities

→Learn how to present model homes, floor plans, and community amenities
→Build lasting relationships with customers throughout their homebuying journey
→Support the sales process from first visit through closing
→Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Dream Finders Homes brand
→Develop the skills needed to become a successful Sales Consultant

Recent college graduate (or graduating within the next year)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Competitive mindset and desire to build a long-term sales career
Customer service, leadership, athletics, internships, or sales experience is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
