The Company is an industry leader in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of a complete range of commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking and security products. In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100^th anniversary in business.

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire Commercial Entry Door Technicians to install and service a variety of commercial doors and door hardware in our Bloomington, IL office! This individual must be able to troubleshoot, work without supervision, and have great attention to detail. A valid drivers license is required with a good driving record. We are hiring both Experienced Technicians or Trainees!

Job Responsibilities:

Install or service all products, to include doors and dock equipment cleanly and accurately
Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
Tracking and maintaining job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
Operating in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Able to safely lift 100 pounds over your head
Commercial door experience and welding experience is a plus but not required
Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
Experience in construction, as a general laborer, service technician, installer, carpenter, mechanic, assembly worker, or any skilled trade is helpful, however, we are eager to train!
