The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring parts are available for supporting production. As we ramp our foundry, you will perform a wide range of tasks including purchasing, receiving, material handling, stocking, ERP transactions, packaging, and logistics.

This position will be located out of our South San Francisco location.

Maintain the accuracy and control of material receipts, raw material, and finished goods inventory locations.

Maintain reorder points, track and receive POs

Tracks inventory levels, consumption rates, issuance, and purchase orders to maintain supply.

Sort and arrange shipments to suppliers by handling all aspects of pulling/packing, generating packing lists and logistics internationally

Assist with uploading parcel counts into Netsuite, validate data

Strong experience in supply chain and fulfillment operations, including international logistics.

Proficiency in Google Suite, NetSuite, and ERP inventory management systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.

Flexible and detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Able to travel as needed (locally).
