• →Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using manual and powered equipment.
• →Dust and clean furniture, equipment, fixtures, and metalwork.
• →Clean windows, walls, ceilings, woodwork, and door panels.
• →Maintain restrooms, showers, and washrooms; replenish supplies.
• →Collect and dispose of trash, waste, and recyclables.
• →Vacuum rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• →Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment correctly.
• →Work collaboratively with team members to produce high-quality results.

• High school diploma/GED or at least six months of custodial experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain facility access credentials and/or pass background checks as required. 
• Must have a valid Real ID for access to the work site.
• Have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Didlake's automobile policy. Requirements include but are not limited to a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving and being at least 25 years old.

• Ability to follow detailed oral instructions and perform tasks efficiently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Respectful and effective interaction with co-workers, including individuals with disabilities.
