Marketing Specialist

Plans and carries out Marketing initiatives and supports strategic and tactical marketing efforts throughout the organization. Supports the development and coordination of Marketing, Advertising and promotional activities. Creates and implements brand awareness campaigns and produces deliverables for website, print and other media in support of Marketing programs and initiatives. Monitors, reviews and reports on marketing activity, sales impact and budget execution.

Supports assigned product or brand area(s).

Contributes to the creation and execution of communications efforts to drive brand visibility, product positioning and consumer awareness.

Assists with budget creation and management for assigned areas and marketing initiatives.

Works with cross-functional teams and clients to develop marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns.

Drafts materials to improve communication across print, broadcast and online platforms.

Engages with Marketing, Sales and Product colleagues to develop and implement communication improvement recommendations.

Ensures recommended communication programs are consistent in design and branding emphasis.

Gathers and analyzes data to understand and report on the success of marketing / advertising efforts.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing Management.

Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
