  Assist in the period close by reconciling assigned general ledger accounts while ensuring all transactions are well-documented

• →

  Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts across multiple entities

• →

  Prepare detailed credit card reconciliations

• →

  Prepare and file multi-state and multi-entity sales and use tax returns

• →

  Prepare and file multi-state and multi-entity personal property tax returns

• →

  Prepare asset, liability, and capital account reconciliations by compiling and analyzing general ledger account information

• →

  Assist with annual financial audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit inquiries.

  Manage full cycle fixed assets.

• →

  Data entry, including processing customer sales orders and creating vendor purchase orders for subsidiaries

• →

  Prepare inventory cost analysis to prepare and post custom product builds

• →

  Provide information to the Accounting Manager by researching and analyzing accounting data

• →

  Preparing reports and reconciling discrepancies

• →

  Perform other duties as assigned

• →

  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance

• →

  Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounting/finance

• →

  Direct experience with accounts receivable

• →

  Experience with financial reporting requirements

• →

  Experience reconciling both balance sheet and income statement accounts

• →

  Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel

• →

  Sage 100 Experience preferred, but not required

• →

  Willingness to remain flexible and adapt to change as we continue to grow as a company

This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 per year and the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus based on personal and team performance. The salary range will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
